Origin of alcohol: alcohol is produced through the fermentation of certain kind of materials containing sugar, especially fruits and many kinds of vegetables. After fermentation, alcohol is extracted and concentrated throughout distillation.
There are fermented alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer, as well as distilled alcoholic beverages including amongst others Rum, Whisky, Tequila, Guaro and many others.
