Hibiscus flower also known as “roselle” is a very common ingredient in the Costa Rican feeding habits, regularly used to make homemade refreshing drinks like it is also in the case of Tamarind. In this product the taste of hibiscus is mixed with citric notes coming form different kinds of oranges to achieve a very nice acidity balance. This product is ideal to prepare alcoholic beverages like Punch and Sangría. Also, very good to drink neat or in the rocks, as well as mixed with Prosseco and Soda in a Spritz.
