    COLD BREW COFFEE LIQUEUR

    COLD BREW MARTINI

    Method: Shaker

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz. Verolís Cold Brew
    • 1 oz. Expresso Coffee
    • 1 Orange Peel

    Preparation:  Pour the Verolís Cold Brew and the Expresso in a shaker with ice and shake well. Serve in a Coupe type glass and garnish with the orange peel and some optional roasted coffee beans.

    COLD BREW NEGRONI

    Cold Brew Negroni

    Method: Direct

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz. Verolís Cold Brew
    • 1 oz. Gin
    • 1 oz. Campari
    • 1 Orange Slice

    Preparation: Add ice into a short old-fashioned glass and after that the rest of ingredients and stir well.  Garnish with the Orange slice.

    COLD BREW TONIC

    Method: Direct

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz. Verolís Cold Brew
    • 120ml. Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
    • 1 Dash Verolís Classic Aromatic
    • 1 Orange Peel

    Preparation: In a tall glass with ice pour the Verolís Cold Brew, the Fever Tree and the Verolís bitter dashes. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.

    VEROLIS ® XMAS COFFEE PUNCH

    Quantity:  1 bottle of 750 ml approx.
    Preparation time: 20 min
    Cooking time: 25 min
    Total time: 45 min

    INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup of evaporated milk or unsweetened condensed milk
    1 y ¼ Cup of condensed milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 y ½ little spoons of vanilla
    1 Cup (8 ounces) of Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur Verolís ®

    PROCESS

    • Mix very well in a bowl the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, and the egg yolks. Use a strainer to eliminate any parts of the egg yolks not completely dissolved.
    • Add the vanilla.
    • Cook the mix in a bain-marie for 20 minutes, then shake and let the mix cool down to stop the cooking process.
    • Add the Verolís ® Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and mix again, then pour into a glass bottle and let the final product stay into the fridge for at least 30-60 minutes before serving.
