Following the general concept of our Coffee Liqueur, we decided to innovate and implement the cold brewing process also into the Cocoa beans to obtain a Cocoa Liqueur that is also full flavor but with less acid and sour. The cocoa beans we use in this product come from the Atlantic region of Costa Rica and are also premium quality. Please refer to our cocktail’s menu. Ingredients: Sugar Cane Spirit, Water, Cold Brew Cocoa infusion, and a mix of spices.
